CONVERSATION

The first step is crucial and sets the stage for your home buying experience. I will discuss your short- and long-term financial goals so we can customize a loan strategy fit for you and your family.

APPLICATION

The goal of completing an application is to gather as much information as possible so I can best determine all the available loan program options.

PRE QUALIFICATION

At this stage,  I will share how much home you can afford, what your estimated monthly payment will be, and how much money you will need at the closing table.

DOCUMENTS

This is where my team will need your help! Submitting your income and asset documentation upfront allows us to FLY through the underwriting process quickly.

FIND A HOME

Once you find a home and the seller accepts your offer, we’ll order an appraisal and begin processing and underwriting your loan.

FINAL APPROVAL

The underwriter reviews the appraisal and your income/asset documents to verify you meet all the conditions for final approval. This is where the final list of items is needed from you to clear your loan for closing!

CLOSING DAY

Our in-house closing department works with your title company to assemble all of the final documents to be signed at closing. Everything my dream team does leading up to this point, ensures a smooth and super-exciting experience!!
